Waffir ("Waffir", "we", "us", "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use our mobile app, website, and related services (together, the "Services"). By using Waffir, you agree to the practices described here.

Waffir is a deals and offers platform. We help you discover offers from merchants and partners. We do not sell products directly.

  • Account details: when you sign up or sign in using Apple, Google, or phone number (OTP), we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and profile picture, depending on what you share.
  • Support and communications: messages you send to us, including feedback and customer support requests.
  • Subscription and purchase records: if you purchase a subscription or paid feature, we receive transaction status and receipt or purchase tokens from the app stores. We do not receive your full card number.
  • Receipts and scans (future feature): if enabled later, you may upload receipts for analysis and personalization.

b. Information collected automatically

  • Device and app data: device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, and identifiers that help the app function and measure performance.
  • Log and usage data: pages or screens viewed, searches, clicks, session duration, referral pages, and feature usage.
  • Approximate location: we may infer approximate location from IP address for security and analytics.
  • Precise location (optional): if you allow it in your device settings, we may collect precise location to show nearby stores, outlets, or relevant offers. You can turn this off anytime in your device settings.
  • Crash and diagnostics: performance data and crash reports to fix bugs and improve stability.

Waffir is not responsible for third party merchant products, delivery, returns, warranties, or services.

We also partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to understand how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Website usage data may be captured using first party and third party cookies and similar tracking technologies to determine the popularity of content, improve the site, support security and fraud prevention, and for advertising measurement.
